Valley View Update

Following the recent cold weather, work is due to start on The Clydach house type at plot 3 at Valley View, Brynmawr. There will be few subtle changes to the internal design/layout that are illustrated on the floor plans, so please contact us for further information.

Holm Oak helps the banks.

Holm Oak Projects is continuing to expand it's contracting side of the company, running alongside its "Development" core business.

What started out as a helping hand to one of our commercial partners, has slowly turned part of Holm Oak into a construction or contracting division. Two years ago we were approached to assist a previous investor in our development business, in completing a 7 Plot residential scheme in Gloucester. The scheme's parent company had found themselves in financial difficulties, and were unable to finish the project. The requirement was, to finish each individual property and the scheme envelope, so that their's and the Banks financial investment could be recouped. We called upon the nucleus of skilled tradesmen that have helped produce quality homes with us over the last 7 years, and assembled a labour force that was capable of making things happen anywhere in the country. Since then HolmOak has provided this same niche service to 5 residential projects in Worcester, Warwickshire and Leicestershire. The result is that we are now geared as much towards contracting as we are towards our own Development Projects, with the two sides of the company running in tandem.

The final few – the race is on!
